IFC Formal Recruitment

Formal recruitment week will be taking place from Saturday, August 10th to Sunday, August 18st, prior to the start of the fall semester. You MUST register before August 1st at 5pm to participate in Fall Formal Recruitment (no exceptions). The week of formal recruitment will include general information about the Greek community, tours of Greek row and chapter houses, and an overview of all IFC chapters.

The process is structured to help give potential new members the best experience to formulate their own opinions and relationships throughout the Greek community and join the chapter they best deem fit.

This week will conclude with Bid day on the Sunday prior to the first day of school. Potential new members will be can select a chapter they want to join from the chapters they receive a bid from and become associate members of those chapters.

 

You must register for Formal Recruitment by the deadline (August 1st 5pm) and potential new members must attend all events through formal recruitment week in order to receive and sign bids on bid day.

  • The cost to participate in fall formal recruitment will be as follows:
